3D Art has always stunned me, I’ll never forget when I played “Sonic Colours” when I was 10, walking through the level (a game about going fast!) because of how pretty it was. I’m currently an undergraduate at Teesside University and became the Games Art Society Chair starting the 2nd Year.
I love to help students to achieve as much as they can with my experience in a plethora of software by sneaking into their labs. I’m making a blog to try and make some of the topics I’ve heard students struggle with more accessible.
I think about games the moment I wake up, scrolling through articles of material creation in Substance Designer or maybe even looking at game development or design, to get a better understanding of what the player might like. I like exploring different art styles, regardless if it’s environment or characters I want to learn as much as I can!
